1. Our Services
We provide design, supply and installation of bespoke fitted kitchens, bedrooms, wardrobes and joinery across Slough and the wider Berkshire area. Every project begins with a free, no-obligation design consultation, followed by an itemised written quote.
2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotes are provided free of charge following a design consultation and are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the specifications, measurements and materials agreed at the time of quoting. Any changes to design, materials or scope after the quote is accepted may result in a revised price, which will be communicated and agreed with you before proceeding.
3. Deposits & Payment
A deposit is typically required to confirm your order and begin design and manufacturing work; the remaining balance is due as agreed in your written quote or contract (commonly on completion of installation, unless otherwise agreed). Specific payment terms will be set out in your individual project agreement. We accept the payment methods stated at the time of your order.
4. Cancellations
If you are a consumer entering into a contract with us away from our business premises (for example, following a home visit), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract date under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, notify us in writing within this period. Please note that if work has already begun on bespoke items at your request within the cancellation period, a charge may apply to cover materials and labour already committed.
5. Measurements & Site Surveys
We carry out a site visit and take measurements prior to manufacturing to ensure accuracy. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the site is accessible and ready for survey and installation on agreed dates. Delays caused by site access, other trades, or structural issues outside our control may affect installation timelines.
6. Installation
Installation timeframes provided are estimates and depend on project size and scope; typical installations take one to three weeks. We will keep you informed of expected timelines and any changes. Our installation team will leave the work area clean and tidy on completion of each stage.
7. Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our installation work. Specific guarantee terms and duration will be confirmed in your project agreement. This guarantee covers defects in our workmanship and does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or work carried out by third parties after installation.
8. Product Warranties
Kitchen units, worktops, appliances and other supplied products may carry their own manufacturer warranties, details of which will be provided with your order where applicable.
9. Changes to Your Order
Any changes requested after order confirmation should be made in writing. We will confirm any impact on price or timeline before proceeding with the change.
10. Liability
We are not liable for delays or issues arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, structural issues discovered during installation, or third-party trades. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
11. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly so we can resolve the matter promptly. We aim to respond to all complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
12. Website Use
Content on this website (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to Raj Kitchen and Bedroom Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. We aim to keep website information accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free at all times; final specifications and pricing are confirmed during your design consultation.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
