Getting Started
Do you offer free design consultations? Yes — every project starts with a free, no-obligation design consultation, either at your home or in our Slough showroom. We’ll take measurements, talk through your ideas, and put together an honest, itemised quote.
Do you both supply and install? Yes. We design, supply and fit everything in-house with our own team, so you have one point of contact and one standard of quality from start to finish — no subcontracted design or fitting.
Which areas do you cover? We serve Slough and the wider Berkshire area, including Windsor, Maidenhead, Burnham, Langley, Datchet and surrounding towns.
Can I visit a showroom before deciding? Absolutely. Our showroom at 34 Telford Drive, Slough, SL1 9AA has live displays where you can see and touch finishes, compare door styles and worktops, and talk ideas through with a designer directly.
Pricing & Quotes
How much does a bespoke kitchen cost in Slough? Costs vary depending on size, materials and finish. Rather than give a misleading “from” price, we prefer to give you a clear, honest quote after your free consultation, based on exactly what you want.
Is the quote fixed once I accept it? Yes, your quote is based on the agreed specification. If you decide to change materials, layout or scope after accepting, we’ll let you know of any price impact before proceeding — there are no hidden surprises.
Do I need to pay a deposit? A deposit is typically required to confirm your order and begin design and manufacturing. Full payment terms are set out clearly in your written quote before you commit to anything.

What kitchen ranges do you work with? We work with premium German and British ranges, and offer a variety of styles — from handleless and luxury modern kitchens to warm, traditional designs.
Can you design around an awkward or unusual space? Yes — every design we create is made to measure. Sloped ceilings, alcoves and irregular room shapes are exactly the kind of challenges bespoke joinery is best suited to.
Do you do more than kitchens and bedrooms? Yes. Beyond fitted kitchens and bedrooms, we build bespoke storage, shelving, media units and fitted home offices — tailored to any room in your house.
Installation & Timelines
How long does a fitted kitchen take to install? Most installations take around one to three weeks, depending on the size and scope of the project. We’ll give you a realistic timeline before work begins.
Will my home be left tidy during and after installation? Yes — our installation team keeps the work area as clean and tidy as possible throughout, and leaves it clean on completion.
What happens if there’s a delay? Occasionally, factors outside our control — like site access or other trades — can affect timelines. We’ll keep you updated throughout and let you know as early as possible if anything changes.
After Installation
Do you offer a guarantee on your work? Yes, we stand behind our workmanship. Specific guarantee terms are confirmed as part of your project agreement.
What if I’m not happy with something after installation? Get in touch with us directly and we’ll work to resolve it promptly. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and it’s reflected in our reviews.
Do the units and appliances come with their own warranty? Yes, many products carry manufacturer warranties, and we’ll provide details of these with your order where applicable.
